I think if we do this right before the draft starts and then lower it right after it should be fine. Player adds are locked during the draft, so we don't need to worry about people filling those 10 spots with free agents. Guys should just make sure their rosters are legal before the draft starts.

You might as well just cut prospects if you intend to make picks and legal up your roster
