Yes, proceed on the assumption that you need to cut prospects and have an open MiLB slot for every draft pick you intend to use.

We raised it because we can now demote players. Rule 3.2.

 

It's now 1000 PA or 50 pitcher games*. That or higher and the players must be cut or promoted before the draft.

 

I think the old maximums were 550 and 33

That's accurate. Except there is no separate NPD. We're the same format as LoD now.

March 1 it begins. This technically will be the 2021 NPD. Yes, we have already picked over the 2020 MLB Draft.

 

This is our first draft under the new dynasty system, which will be just like the LoD where we do one NPD every spring. The draft this past June just after the real life MLB draft was our final prospect draft under the old keeper league system.

What is the general feeling in the league on how people want to handle the IR?

 

Currently we have a 5 spot limit. Historically we have had that limit and no rule preventing people from adding red flags.

 

Last season we temporarily had an unlimited IR and a rule preventing people from adding red flags (the LoD model).

 

Do we want to:

 

A) just add a couple of IR spots for 2021

move to the LoD model for 2021 only

C) move to the LoD model permanently
