If you own both you can keep both and they only use one keeper slot.

 

You can drop or trade half of him if you want though

(Hopefully Boxy is not a stat scout) But Medina might have the highest upside of any MILB pitcher, and he's with probably the best organization that develops pitching. I like the combination of juicy talent and an org that does a great job of developing it.
