This will be the weighting order for the 2021 draft lottery:

 

 

The 12 non-playoff teams simply have their 2020 and 2019 win percentages combined. 50-50 weighting on each season.

The lottery odds will be very flat. I have not decided exactly how to do it, but the teams near the top here should not exactly expect to have a high pick.

We are going to draw for every pick too. So, teams near the top could fall back several picks.

Playoff teams will just be slotted in the order of their final playoff standings, 2020 win % as a tiebreaker if needed.

 

For the odds, easiest thing to do is just something like, truncate or round at 3 decimal points and give teams a number of balls equal to the difference between 1 and their combined win %. So Spanky would get 602 balls and FTD would get 481

Appreciate your concern. I also forgot to set my roster from Wed to Saturday so I was willing to accept my fate. Most of my relievers are actually pitching well coming into the playoffs this year and I get 2 starts from Hendricks. Take the +1.25 odds and run with the old man.

Interesting. I think I went from 20th to 12th in the last week of the season. I think I booted P2F out of the playoffs.
