So many of the pitchers that don't have a shitload of innings under their belt seem to falter in August. But Eflin really doesn't have that many innings this year...it's probably just cause he suxx. Seriously though, the Phillies pitchers are really going into uncharted territory and I think will have a several blowups.

Well, my week took a u-turn on the highway. Combo of me going 13-1 and NJH going 4-10, I'm now only 5 GB of the division. Which means the selling put on hold for the moment.

That is a bit suprising; his offence doesn't seem good enough to support that. He's 60-42-10 on batting and 71-35-6 on pitching, I haven't run the PRs but I'd bet that batting record is higher than expected for his z score.

It's because my offense was so very, very bad at the start of the year. Pretty much everyone struggled, I think the 19th offense had double my Z-score or something.

 

It's been pretty good since. I'm actually surprised I pulled a draw out of this. I thought I was going to lose by double digits.

 

PS, I have beaten some good teams to get here so stfu. Just be happy for me, I'm finally gonna make the playoffs.

I'm all for a Z3r0s and Boxy finals. It is bothersome that Boxy left the no playoffs club before me but it's also part of the reason I love this league over all the others...I actually care!

Manny Machado is your only dynasty asset who isn't past his Best Before date. Votto is a slap hitter, McCutchen sux, Donaldson's career might be over, Cano got popped for PEDs and is shifting to 1B when he comes back, Arrieta/Price/Cueto are now SP3s. Scary times indeed, probably should blow it up after getting bounced in the first round.
