Hey Juiced, any way to make the little blue 'go to newest unread post' button to something a little bigger? I've been reading the forums on a tablet recently and its hard to hit with a non-mouse pointer. Just an idea.

 

Also there seems to be a limbo time. The blue button never takes me to posts that were done between when I go to bed (usually around 11 pm ET) and when I get up (usually around 6 am ET). Those are always treated as if read and I have to look at the time stamp to see if anything's new. I've seen other posters allude to this as well. It's probably not fixable but I thought I'd bring it up all the same.

Imo we should charge a $2-$5 donation to even post here, past donors are obviously given an exemption.

I have an idea. I'm not sure if it would be possible but it would be cool if this forum had the rosters for the major league club and also the affiliates. I've noticed a few of the guys here keep very up to date on these roster transactions but I remember a couple times during the last season some of us didn't know who was DFA or optioned when AA did his little relief pitcher wheel-spinning.

Apart from an e-mail, is there anything to view if someone's replied to a thread you posted in, without going into all the threads? I'm probably looking in the wrong places. For example:

 

On a Maple Leafs board i'm on, I have notifications

On another forum, you can click on a link saying "view your posts" and you can click the pink bit on the thread title to see next unread reply.

It makes things easier to track where you've posted. I can't see anything here unless i'm looking in wrong place.

No it doesn't? It shows who replied to you also, dumbass. If that's what he's asking...otherwise the site shows unread posts that work like puss.

 

Not to mention you can check your last posted remarks, and follow from there aswell, it's in your profile.

Also, there's another way he can check following his last post in the threads with the green arrow, you put your cursor over the replied numbers and click on it, it'll show the breakdown of every poster in that said thread, including your own, just click on the user or yourself and voila, so he could follow that way also.

Hey juiced, is it possible to switch the PM system over to something similar to the Pro Board system? If you are unfamiliar, a PM is basically like a new thread shared only between the parties involved. It doesn't have the annoying quotes of the previous PM's in the chain. The system on here is frustrating. Its an upgrade I would donate towards.

For the people who use it regularly I'm not sure if you'd find that many that would prefer the current system over the proposed new one or proboards style one.
