The Leafs aren’t beating the Bruins haha. This team has no goaltending and defensively is vulnerable. Only way Leafs win a game is if they score 4-5 goals.

Leafs are better without Matthews

They can't use him as a crutch when he's out of the lineup. They know their on their own and need to step it up. Imagine if they'd have that approach with him lurking around on the ice also.

Freakin' Buds man... always pull me back.

Whoever loses game 7 will be in shambles. If the Leafs lose, heads will roll, (Shanny, Keefe & coaching staff, Marner, etc). If Boston loses, that will be 7 straight potential clinching games that they will have lost in a row, including two 3-1 series leads blown in a row (never done before in North American sports).

It's gonna be a bad scene for one of these organizations.

I think the Leafs were just bad with sick Matthews in there because they were giving all those minutes to someone who sucked (sick Matthews).

With him out everyone else just has clear roles and they aren't wasting ice time on a zombie.

Leafs sort of dominated last night. Well, they dominated half the game. Pastrnak and Marchand were non-existent.

I can't believe Boston is giving shifts to Pat Maroon. He can't even skate anymore.

I think there's a greater than 0% chance that both of these teams find a way to lose tomorrow night.

I think Boston is nearing the end whether they win or lose on Saturday night. Pasta is great, but Marchand is 35 and nearing the end. 32 year old Charlie Coyle? Not much else besides some good goalies.

I'll admit being wrong about the Leafs this series. They have turned things around despite having their backs against the wall. They have played great hockey over the past two games and right now look like the better team. Boston looks slow and tired out there. Woll has been really impressive in the last two games and kudos to Sheldon Keefe and the FO for shaking things up after being down 3-1. Also impressive that these last two wins have been without AM34.

We'll see what happens in Game 7 tonight. I think the Bruins have to make a statement in the first period. They can't afford to play like they have the past two games and starting out flat.

Prolonged agony commence, what was Sammy thinking?

Meh... good show by the Buds, but it's a big fat fail.

I had too much anxiety to watch the OT and was PVRing. I finally got the mustard to look when a notification popped up on my phone. I opened it with trepidation. Said Pasta scored early. I was in shock. Thought the Leafs had our number. As timid as I was about it I can't even dunk on anyone. I did take in the pleasure of drinking tears listening to Leafs Talk and Leafs commentators for some time post game - Bunkis and the like.

There are legit questions and conclusions that aren't hard to make about this Leafs team, core and FO.

I actually thought Matthews got away with a trip on setting up their goal. It was a light touch but enough in the skates that he went down. Nobody else seems to think so.

Yeah I thought that should have been a penalty shot as well but ugh.

It's too bad the Leafs couldn't play like they did the past 3 games for the entire series.

Regardless, Leafs weren't going to make it past Florida.

Atleast the Leafs actually win some playoff games. Jays get swept every year.

Saw some stat, if you measure by series wins in the last decade or so the Leafs are only above like four teams. Tied with a bunch of garbage franchises like the Coyotes with 1 series win. Haha

Changes better be a coming! Leafs won’t be winning any trade if they move on from Marner or Tavares this off-season.

Freeing up cap space is the win.

Leafs also are tied for the longest playoffs appearance streak.

The Bruins keep pulling just enough good young players out of nowhere

This Mason Lohrei guy might be a stud

Brazeau and Beecher seem like NHL players

They have that Matt Poitras guy who had shoulder surgery but seemed good

People keep ranking their farm system as the worst in hockey but it keeps producing lol. They have developed guys like Swayman and several others beautifully.

Two way player factory.

Meanwhile in Leaf land....
