So Game 2 of the first playoff series or the U20 World Championships...game 2 of a playoff series is obviously more important right Scott Oake.

It's 1-1.

 

Right after the Kapanen goal I had a Leaf fan try and high 5 me. I said I'm a Sens fan. His comeback was "I bet you wish your team was doing this well". Honestly I don't understand how Leaf fans can stand these types. I'd much rather cheer for teams that have no other fans.

Real tough blow for Flames. Outplayed the Ducks all night, get a goal waved off and lose on that s*** luck goal.
I'll try my best to bring them good luck on Monday. They're 8-3 in games I attended this season.

Yeah the Ducks were without two of their key defensemen and that really could have been the Flames night to capitalize and earn the split on the road.

 

I thought that was the second straight game they took an undisciplined penalty at a crucial moment when they should have been pressing to score. In game one it was the crosscheck by Hamilton on Getzlaf after the latter ran over Giordano, and tonight it was Brodie who couldn't help but give Kesler an extra shot in the back when he was already down. A couple younger players still trying to learn the difference between playoff tough and blatant infraction.

We don't like them either. They are the equivalent of fans that live and lie with every pitch when the blue jays play. every team has them unfortunately
