    The f*** is the point of this any more, if the Dodgers just get to horde every f***ing good player they want? You knew it was coming but it still pisses a guy off. Ridiculous Two prime aged aces in two off seasons from Japan, plus Snell and they haven't even put Ohtani on the mound yet.

    It's amazing to me now that Vlad is one year from free agency more and more people are acting like he has been this amazing superstar the whole time and completely forget the three straight years of decline down to a 1.3 war player, the long stretches of terrible at bats and poor performance, and the bone headed costly mistakes. Giving this man $450 million + might just be one of the worst mistakes made in franchise history. It's not the clear cut decision for long term success that certain people are making it out to be.

    I see Sasaki has a steamer projection of 3.7 WAR, 3.19 ERA and 3.12 xFIP in 148 IP Is that legit something that could be expected? Yamamoto had 2.8 WAR in 90 IP I guess Boy would it be nice to add that kind of upside for such a low cost.

    As far as I know he is. I'd love for him and the Jays to reunite, with him actually pitching for us this time. He's got swing and miss for days.

    Heh, so all the Jays need to do is sign all of the top 3 remaining position player FA's, and convince them to come to Toronto while at the same time they are trading away Vladdy. That should be EZ PZ. Thanks Steve.

    I wonder if there would be any appetite for a Bo for Luis Robert trade? Both had s*** years and looking to bounce back. Both same age, both make roughly the same money. Bo has slightly better projections for next season, but there are two years of team options on Robert's contract.

    So with all the arb cases done fangraphs has the Jays LTP estimated at $228,370.427 $12 million to be just under the 1st threshold $32 million to be just under the 2nd threshold $52 million to be just under the 3rd threshold $72 million to be just under the 4th threshold

    Vladdy was not going to sign before Soto dude. This is the stuff that drives me bananas lol People walking around acting like the Jays could have signed Vladdy whenever they wanted to and are morons for not signing him. How do you know that? You don't. Anyways, hopefully they finally land a guy. Sasaki would be great to have.
