  1. God what a frustrating season so far. Other than the one big win streak it feels like the ship has always had a leak somewhere. Leaky rotation, leaky bullpen, inconsistent offense Feels like they've left a lot on the table but are still in an OK spot for the time being. Extra frustrated today because the Jays s***** bullpen only really has two legit high leverage relievers, and both of thenm f***ing blew it last night. f***
  2. Trade for f***ing Bednar I love Romano but that guy doesn't know what a f***ing clean inning is. He's always riding the line way to close. Sign f***ing Rosenthal Call up f***ing Hernandez lol f*** I'm sick of our bullpen always being a raging tire fire.
  3. Hmm Tapia has an .848 OPS and a 136 wRC+ in June 0 walks (lol) Fueled by 8 doubles
  4. 51 pitches, 38 strikes Love that. Throws a ton of strikes.
  5. Let the Max Castillo era begin! lol
  6. lol Losing sucks but this team is still on pace for like what...90 wins or so?? Don't let the yankees cinderella season cloud your judgement They are making every team look f***ing terrible this year in comparison.
  7. He's pitch 7.2 innings this year since missing 3 moths with mono, and he's an injury prone guy to begin with. They will ease him in more than likely and are apparently trying to stretch him into a multi inning guy.
  8. I really don't care as long as he isn't pitching anymore. Hopefully he figures his s*** out during his rehab stint, whenever that is.
  9. Hopefully. Deck is sure stacked against him though. Small guy with low velocity, who's battled injuries for like 4 years now.
  10. I remember 2 or 3 years ago hearing that the Jays had a bunch of "flame throwers" at AAA on their way to bolster the MLB bullpen. Apparently they all vanished into thin air? Can't really remember too many names. Jackson McLelland, Bryan Baker, Derek Law maybe? Some Taylor kid, he was Canadian. Must have just been a bunch of guys who could throw hard but never knew where it was going I guess..
  11. Wow, Pardinho still alive and kicking is he?
  12. Everything the f***ing yankees touch right now turns to gold so it's hard to have any warm fuzzy feelings about the rest of this series, even today with Manoah on the mound. Probably lose 1-0 while out hitting them 9 to 3 or some s*** like that. Or they'll just straight up f*** our s*** up again. Hopefully I'm wrong.
  13. What kind of a loser do you need to be to get banned on an online forum every day and keep making new accounts to get banned again. What a psychopathic incel
  14. Every year you look at the pen and try to convince yourself "they won't be too bad if this or that happens" but then this or that doesn't happen and surprise, surprise they f***ing suck. Merryweather gets hurt can't find a groove Thornton shows flashes but ultimately gets caved in A couple of AAAA s*** bags light up AAA but come to MLB and they're the ones getting lit up Couple guys excel Couple guys you thought were good turn to s*** All adds up to a rotten pile of mediocre trash lol
  15. So what's it going to take for Atkins to build a bullpen that isn't complete f***ing garbage? Year after year it's just a big pile of mostly useless s*** lol
  16. 30 innings at A ball 19 innings at A+ Numbers are arguably better at A+ I wonder how many more innings there before Tiedemann gets another bump up to AA?
  17. I imagine he's done now after 3 IP, 4 hits, 5 earned, 4 walks, 4 K's, 80 pitches with only 40 strikes. 1 hit batter, 2 wild pitches BUT...in the inning I watched there was 10 pitches call balls that caught the zone according to the pitch tracker on milb (don't know how accurate that is)
  18. Yeah I'm watching the milb pitch tracker right now, and I don't know how the earlier ABs were but this one I'm watching now he painted the inside and outside corners but both were called balls by the ump. Maybe getting squeezed a bit? Anyways was down 2-0 to that batter but came back and struck him out for his 4th K Next batter the 2nd pitch was a perfect low strike 2-3 inches inside the zone, called a ball. 4th pitch top outside corner, painted...ball. 5th pitch painted the bottom of the zone, again a ball. Umps a **** apparently EDIT: He's definitely wild, but anything close he's not getting the call either. Tough outing, he walked the bases loaded and then gave up a double. Getting caved in now.
  19. Adrian Hernandez picked up his 7th AAA save pitching 1.2 innings. Came in the 8th inning inheriting runners and got out of it, gave up a homer in the 9th, but struck out 3 batters
  20. Zulu getting touched up a bit, 43 pitches through only two innings so far, just 25 strikes. 2 hits, 1 walk, 1 hit batter, 2 earned runs and gave up a dinger. 3 Ks though
  21. Despite the loss still on a 95 win pace and 3rd in the American League and 6th in all of baseball. Hardly a f***ing disaster lol But, we do need Gausman to make some adjustments and for Kikuchi to figure his s*** out.
