    Id love it if we could get Joe Kelly. Throwing harder than ever, K% a career high, BB% career low. Everything points at a elite RP profile. Just get him off that awful White Sox team and their defence and I bet he would be our best RP.

    Huh? The value of stealing third there is pretty high, especially with a piece of s*** like Espinal batting. If its Bo or Vladdy then you plant your ass at 2nd but if its like the worst hitter on the team then you try to maximize the number of ways you can score there. Espinal has to come up with a hit or there has to be a error to score you from second - roughly a less than 20% chance to happen (lower than his batting average cause a hit does not guarantee he scores from second base) vs scoring on a ground out, sac fly, wild pitch, passed ball, a f***ing balk

    Don't think it's the fact that we lost that has pissed people off, it's the fact that Manoah looks like he should never pitch in the big leagues again.....

    So detach Manoahs current ability/skill from his name. Does he even get signed by a team as a overweight 24 yo with a below average fastball, horrible slider, below average sinker, horrible changeup and bad command? Like if a guy with the exact same attributes as Manoah showed up for a tryout with the Jays does he even get a pro contract??? He is just so f***ing bad......stick him in the PDC, forget about him and move on.......

    Orelvis 3-3 with a 2b and BB yesterday. K rate continues to very good since early May. Looking less and less like just a hot streak and more like a hot streak AND significant progression in his offensive skills.
