    Feel free to look into IPTV that gives you thousands of channels and movies for 10 bucks per month. As long as you have good internet connection and can live without needing the app, it's a much better investment. You basically get every MLB game and everything else with it.

    Haha come on man. I did say that every team has holes but if I had to nitpick, we have the same concern that we had last year. That concern was the difference between us making and missing the playoffs. That's all.

    You can take a look at the Vegas odds for who is expected to win the World Series. The teams at the top of this list are who we should be comparing ourselves against. This team is missing 1 or 2 shut down relievers that seem to be very important for every World Series winning team. Maybe some of our current guys can become that since the bullpen are such crapshoots but I wish we tried to invest into some this offseason. I want a prime Andrew Miller clone lol.

    And that mindset when everyone knew our bullpen was already trash was THE reason why we failed to make the playoffs and a chance at a world series last year. Kicking the can down the road comes at a price and hopefully it doesn't make the difference between a top 2 seed vs playing in the Wild Card round. I have already stated that we have the worst bullpen amongst all the elite teams in baseball. I realize not every team can have a perfect roster but this is still our Achilles heel.

    It's officially over for the next season or two for the reasons stated by others already. Sucks because he'd be the perfect fit but I'm also happy that we didn't overpay for him either. Hope Biggio can have a good bounce back year.

    You know that injuries and days off happen all the time in baseball right?

    Should have added him to the team and given him some early season reps when needed. The upside was far greater than the alternative we chose.

    Just scooped up 14 tickets for 55 each whereas I'd pay 75 bucks on ticketmaster. Really happy with the experience there!

    I'm betting that we didn't plan to add Bird to the opening day roster so he opted out.

    Is this how life works? You just willingly give up an asset you like to a potential competitor? I hardly doubt we did anything as a favour to Bird that were outside of whatever the contract stated.

    Don't want to overblow this situation but I'm legit shocked here. Seemed like a perfect low risk left handed bat to roll the dice on. I am sure that I won't like the alternative here.

    I need to buy around 14 tickets for a game. I see from the blue jays website that i don't have to pay service fees when i buy 12+ tickets from Bluejay.com. this is the best spot to look for that many tickets right?

    I only want this to happen if we can agree to an extension as part of the trade. Giving up top prospects for a 2 year rental or maybe even less ain't worth it.
