Why would he agree to a buy out, unless equal to amount owed?
Why would the Players's union allow this, even if Tulo agreed? Imagine the precedent!?
It could nullify all injured players guaranteed money or veterans or FA back-loaded contracts if they are not performing..
I just do not see the Union nor agents allowing this.
Imagine an agent received a 6% commission on a $150,000,000.00 USD deal. He probably already spent that money. 4 yrs later the player says, ok, give me just $125,000,000.00 and I will walk. Does the agent have to give back the difference..?
I don't see this being a Tulo decision in a vacuum, the agents, and Players Union will have their say..
