    Good monologue on how the Hall of Fame voting is F$#cked up... I think it was off the cuff, but sounded well thought out. The Fact that in almost 2019 it is only the the Baseball "Writers" who can vote, and that even TV guys who watch the team or game 162 games plus a year don't have a vote, is also f***ed up.. They should have changed it in the 60's, let alone still having only writers in 2019... I don't like cats, I am a dog guy. I hate cats even more now for interrupting the show. I hope that is your girlfriend/wife's cat and not yours..

    Listening now, liked the intro stories. I want nothing to do with a player who coasts or only gives 85% on D to avoid injury because it is his walk year. Sad that in this day and age close to 25% K rate is league average and acceptable.. #NotinterestedinHarper

    Agree. I was thinking about this a lot. I think we should trade all our legacy players now. Smoak's value has a more of probability of going lower then higher. Same with Pillar IMO. Sanchez and Stroman still have upside in many minds. Another injury plagued or poor performance like last year and we wont get crap. I want to get rid of Martin and Morales just because I think they are a waste of roster space and blocking young guys. Travis will get hurt again or suck on either D or at the plate or both, cut bait now. Target pitching and pitching.. Use the same strategy for relievers at the deadline. Let the kids play!

    How is MLB (i,e the owners) going to make any money from a Montreal team? Not from some huge TV contract.. Montreal would probably be in the same boat of Teams that need revenue sharing, especially with the Canadian $. They are only talking about building a 32K seat stadium.. The only stadium close, is Fenway with like 35K because it is ancient. What is the benefit to the league as a whole, the owners, the TV contract, expanding the MLB market etc by adding Montreal? The Blue Jays already have that market if it is a baseball fan... The aggregate of TV contracts would not be any more..IMO If you are reducing the Blue Jays contract and just replacing it with some English/French mix.. zero sum gain.. ... If I were an owner I would vote no.

    I don’t doubt what you are saying is true. Though I have never seen it. The typical modus operandi in US strip clubs is the girls circulate, but each on has to go on stage when it is their turn. The idea is, all the girls will dance at some point. While they are dancing is when you put a dollar or $5 etc in their garter ( elastic thing on their leg) if full nude, and if not, in their g-string. Once the girl is finished, if you like her, then you ask he to give a private dance, or backroom, VIP section or whatever the club has. Generally it is $5 at skank places to $20 dollars per song. Anything after that or during would depend on location, the girl and is guaranteed fo be more then $20 plus tip. Now, admittedly my post is dated since I have not been in a US strip club in years. But back in da day😎 I realized when I called one poster a “Baller”, for giving $5 per girl on stage he was talking about $5 CDN or like $2.60 USD, so he is only half a baller. 😜 What the hell is Tooney bar?

    (the group has decided not to release the full report from CSL) That is the key my friend... No minor league club, a bunch of puck heads and soccer fans, no acceptable stadium, a Francophone population who wont support public financing of a stadium. The TV market is skewed because you cannot take that number as a whole. When you are talking add revenue you have French populations, English, (splitting the whole) English Radio, French radio... They couldn't even get corporate support in Montreal for a hockey tournament... They had a hard time apart from a few years with the Team even prior to the English and corporate evacuation of Montreal/Quebec..

    Those numbers only equate to people or size etc. Montreal is probably larger then Boston. Does that mean it would have a bigger fan base, corporate support or TV contract?     The demographics in Montreal are worse for baseball then they were when they had a team. Montreal was on a list a number of years ago of cities actually losing population, same list places like Detroit were on. The french speaking immigrants they are targeting to settle in Quebec do not come from baseball rich (doesnt even exist) countries. How many iterations of the CFL team have they had? The major corporations that would buy luxury boxes etc all left and went to Toronto. I think Vancouver or Calgary woukd actually to better then Montreal, and that is not saying much. Let them keep their s***** hockey team, which is all they care about. 😎
