  1. I'll often use a phone for the board and I prefer the look of the mobile site on a smaller screen. One drawback is you can't give thanks using the mobile site.
  2. Unless you're on a phone using the mobile site - in which case do what Orgfiller said. If you have a picture but no hyperlink, just upload it to a free site like imgur which creates a link for you.
  3. For as much stick as he gets, Carrera has been one of a handful of Jays who have had a good season compared to potential.
  4. 2-0 down already! http://i.imgur.com/kOxm89z.jpg http://i.imgur.com/BPeub0J.jpg
  5. Of all the ex Jays to beat us, Ben Revere and Cliff Pennington......
  6. If that was Liriano's last appearance for us then it was an accurate representation of his time with the Jays - looked great at times, but a bit inconsistent, with an ERA around 4.5.
  7. Today's game is the MLB.com free game of the day.
  8. Let's hope he goes at least 5 innings and goes out on a high.
  9. Lots of trades happening:
  10. I know it's not the most popular opinion, but I still think they should seriously consider trading Trout in the offseason.
  11. Yeah exactly, what's he meant to say? "Yeah he's fat, old and s***."
  12. If we wanted to keep Price we could have offered him $30million a year when he was still at his peak. We decided (rightly IMO) that it wasn't worth it. 2 years later (including a year of injury problems), it would make even less sense to acquire him now.
  13. Here you go: http://i.imgur.com/BFSCVeV.png IMO playoffs is virtually impossible this season now, but we'd still be in a wildcard race if either we'd not started so epically badly, or if Sanchez and Donaldson had been fit all year.
  14. Oh yeah some independent "zoos" and some zoos in s***** countries need to be shut down. All the major ones though are great though, and that's where most of the research and conservation efforts are.
  15. Small world mate, I'm going to San Diego (and San Francisco) in March/April, and will be going to the zoo and a ballgame, haha.
  16. In my experience North American zoos are normally great at using large enclosures with lots of plants / rocks etc for the animals too. The LA zoo, and the Bronx zoo are the best I've been to. Zoos are also essential for breeding programs for endangered species.
  17. Terrible stadium & location, bad current team, and recent history of trading anyone who is any good. Super depressing for them!
  18. Should Lowrie be thrown out there? I guess he didn't swear at the umpire so probably not.
  19. Buck is much better suited as a co-commentator IMO.
  20. Tight strikezone, Stroman got frustrated and started consistently complaining. Gibby protected him and got thrown out. Next pitch was called a ball (correctly) Stroman swore at ump and was thrown out, Martin reacted and was thrown out instantly too. Stroman then ran at the umpire and was held back (didn't take much to hold him back though).
  21. He's potentially valuable as a long reliever for a team in the playoffs too. Gives you added security for the bullpen in case the starter comes out early.
