    TBF basketball hasn’t got as many people involved and not all the teams are included anyway. I’d also assume it’s easier for the league to consult and agree a plan with the players in the NBA.

    I mean they spent a year telling him if you want to stay at 3rd you need to get in better shape and he shows up to the new season fatter. I agree it’s far too early to get anywhere near writing him off, but the front office must be at least a little pissed off with him.

    Crazy that Forest didn't make the playoffs. People talk about it's good to see Leeds back, but Forest are just as big.

    Leeds are going to spend on forwards now that they are back in the PL, and IMO it'd be a perfect move for him. Chance to play every week in the best league in the world.

    Pleased Villa stayed up, but shame Leicester couldn’t hold onto a Champions League place. Hopefully they’ll do a Wolves next year and have a good run in the Europa.

    Giles injured and we cough up the lead. Meanwhile Ohtani just gave up 4 runs without getting an out. Not my favourite 10 minutes of baseball.

    The crowd sounds in Oakland have a weird echo, it sounds like it was recorded in an indoor swimming pool.

    Maybe it’s part of the masterplan - him sprinting to first every at bat might help him lose some weight!

    I love the way Shulman keeps saying “I think” when he’s reading stats and info off his laptop, to make it sound more authentic.
