  1. I don’t think they should trade any of the Catchers at the moment. Its bold to assume Moreno would make an instant impact at the Major League level. No reason to even touch him right now. Kirk is not only a competent Second Catcher hes our best option at DH at the moment. So trading from that strength for middle to back of the rotation starter sounds like a lateral move. I would be much more interested in trading Moreno in a larger deal for a much more impactful player (star) considering the catching situation is already good. But I don’t see that kind of move happening.
  2. Can’t imagine a scenario he would be moved unless it was for a star level talent. Don’t see the Jays making that kind of move. Lefty bat and adding bullpen pieces. Possibly another back end starter.
  3. They definitely aren’t touching the top prospects like Moreno and Martinez. Tidemann is definitely moving himself into untouchable area as well if he hasn’t already. A guy like Otto Lopez in a package that contains controlable reliever’s makes sense on the higher end. But I honestly think they would be able to make a deal for a package of mid tier prospects. It really depends on how the market shapes up but KC is going nowhere and everyone knows they have to move him because they won’t qualify him either.
  4. I’m honestly down for this. I wanted Staumont for awhile. And Bentendo is legit and playing for his next contract. Would be awesome to see him tear a new ******* in Red Sox pitching
  5. I’m wondering personally if he was intentionally trying to pitch to contact in order to go deeper into games. I feel like both he and Manoah have both had this approach with dramatically different results. It is the Twins but he looks like a much different pitcher today.
  6. 5 strikeouts early on makes me happy.
  7. Having a blast man. Its been a really fun young team to watch all season.
  8. Jose Berríos f***ing suxxxxxxxxxxxxx
  9. Nobody is upset with how Espinal has played lol. We’re all pretty freaking thrilled
  10. Trevor Richards gives up an insane amount of homeruns for a reliever.
  11. Wow the White Sox are DHing Reece McGuire. Maybe Charlie isn’t as dumb as we thought he was.
  12. 7 in a row and I still don’t think this team has shown as good as they can be yet
  13. Colby Rasmus still has night terrors
  14. Is Springer really not playing again? I swear Montoyo thinks hes 40
  15. This team doesn’t like to make anything easy. But finding ways to win. So I think I’m happy,
  16. Adding a swing and miss late inning reliever is very much needed right now. I don’t know how many more of those Merryweather experiments were going to survive. Thornton warming behind him actually made me feel worse and that’s hard to fathom.
  17. 7 games over .500 and it feels like we have f***ing sucked this season. I can just see it getting a lot f***ing better and that’s pretty cool.
  18. Sweeping the Angels in Anaheim in four games is pretty crazy. Use to the West Coast trips being misreable.
  19. He was actually really good last year but has returned to mediocrity this season.
