    Adding a swing and miss late inning reliever is very much needed right now. I don’t know how many more of those Merryweather experiments were going to survive. Thornton warming behind him actually made me feel worse and that’s hard to fathom.

    7 games over .500 and it feels like we have f***ing sucked this season. I can just see it getting a lot f***ing better and that’s pretty cool.

    Sweeping the Angels in Anaheim in four games is pretty crazy. Use to the West Coast trips being misreable.

    Its amazing how much better the ball carries during the day in Anaheim.

    I would be more excited if I was confident the Jays could keep scoring runs. We have seen this teams offense completely shut down most of the season.

    He wasn’t an Ace. But it was pretty safe to say he was going to pitch atleast like #3 the next 5 seasons. A lot ot his numbers jump out of you for being historically bad but he’s just not missing bats the way he has in the past.

    You just shouldn’t be losing a game that you have scored 9 runs when you started a pitcher who is making a $131 million.
