  1. I mean he’s better looking than Colby Rasmus but he looks like a thumb with a GI-Joe body. And at the very least Rasmus hit Left-Handed.
  2. Adley Rutschman.
  3. Tyler O'Neill is like Randal Grichuk with more speed and substantially less good looking. Don’t even know why we are talking about him. We definitely wouldn’t be if he wasn’t Canadian. I heard the word used this off-season by the Jays wanting to diversify the lineup more. We would literally be adding what we just shed to probably do a worse job lol
  4. You guys are right but if he’s available like it’s rumoured that he is. You gotta presume that. That’s impact bat at a premium position.
  5. Honestly I don’t. I would not do O'Neill for Jansen 1 for 1 no f***ing shot. I don’t believe O’Neal will ever touch his career season. I actually don’t think he will half it again.
  6. Good I feared someone from our idiot media would vote Manoah or something. I can’t believe that idiot Ben Nicholson-Smith absolutely robbed J-Rod of unanimous voting. So embarrassed about that.
  7. I think I would take a polar plunge into Lake Ontario if that is the trade they made. I would like to see them make a bigger splash. A big fish like Bryan Reynolds. Which would probably start with Kirk and one of our better prospects along with some secondary pieces.
  8. I think that was Atkins first move as Jays GM. He traded several years of control in Hendriks for one year of control in Jesse Chavez. Pretty terrible trade. Both in hindsight and at the time.
  9. They probably should have. I just thought it was interesting that he was one of their least used options despite the season he had.
  10. His playoff usage would definitely indicate that. Despite his incredible regular season numbers he was not one of their go to relievers in the post season.
  11. MLB.com just placed him 8th in our system.
  12. I find it interesting that TV Dinner only pitched in one of the Mariners playoff games. Most of the Mariners pen appeared in 3 games.
  13. I really don’t want them to overpay for Nimmo. I feel the trade market for a CF is the way better route. Jays have the assets to make that happen.
  14. He also misses a s*** load of bats.
  15. Will be interesting to see if they keep Macko starting or begin converting him to a Power Reliever now. High 90’s fastball and a plus plus Curveball. He’s also a legit prospect not sure why people are referring to him as a lottery ticket. He was like Top 10 in the Mariners system across every scouting service lol.
  16. He better never factor onto this roster unless its an emergency call up. If nothing else this move allows you to move Springer to RF so you can get bring in a legit CF. And you hope Kirk is the right trade piece to get that done.
  17. Hopefully the follow moves are nice because the current Outfield situation is kinda rough. Plus a huge bat removed from the lineup. A lineup that needed to ne added to not subtracted from. I will be in wait and see mode but not a fan as of now.
  18. Just an awful take… Jesus
  19. Pete Rose is 100 percent a HOF. I’m tired of the politics keeping deserving players out. Your there for your achievements. It isn’t the good guy Hall Of Fame. And if is maybe they should pull out all of the POS already in the HOF. Starting with notorious POS Ty Cobb. Bonds and Clemens also very much need to be in.
  20. That’s kinda how it should be. Back end starters are expendable and aren’t used in the playoffs in Starting Roles. You have them to get you through the long season. I view them the same way I would view depth. You don’t spend on those guys and very few teams have more than 3 good Starters. Relievers do impact games on a more nighly basis. It’s not surprising to me to see that shift in the market as the priority. Not a fan of inflation but these guys are extremely valuable. And we have seen the pain of having a piss poor bullpen the last 2 seasons. And the difference it makes.
  21. There’s pretty much no money commitment to our current bullpen. It’s guys on cheap short term deals or guys or not even arbitration eligible. It would be very strange to give one of these guys 40m he would instantly make more than our entire bullpen combined.
  22. Acuna had a down season but he was coming off an injury. I don’t think many would value them the same.
  23. I don’t even think that trade goes through on MLB The Show let alone in real life. I’m down for going after Correa though. Bo would probably be willing to move to 2B for a player like that.
  24. I really don’t see any tangible upside of keeping Lukes.
  25. It’s actually wild to me that he could be this out of shape for someone who has to leave their place everyday. He must eat 6k calories when he gets home.
