  1. Nah. He hit 100 late in his AAA start and looked great. 8K is 3.2 IP and only 1BB in a squeezed AB. This is entirely mental.
  2. Yep.. I wonder if they send him down right after the game
  3. They need to get Nate with the mental health coach pronto. He needs it for sure. He has none of these issues in the minors.
  4. He needs the mental health coach more than anyone
  5. It has to be all mental. He doesn't have these issues in the minors. There's like a wall once he throws a pitch in the majors.
  6. He does yes haha. Gives me a double take every time I see him in the BP warming up.
  7. Yeah he's looked putrid. Looks the same as LGJ. Unless he has a few really crazy hot streaks, I don't see him hitting .300 this season.
  8. What would Dolis have to do with Manoah?
  9. That's my preference, I'm just trying to also balance any communication the FO and Management has had with Stripling into my suggestion. Up to me and I do your suggestion and don't give it a 2nd thought.
  10. Haha would definitely be entertaining. My preference is a 6 man rotation: Ryu Ray Matz Stripling/Kay piggyback Pearson Manoah And if the piggyback starts to produce bad results we send Kay down and move Strip to the long man role.
  11. Agreed! Also gives Groshans more time to develop. Puts him in a position to force the hand of the FO with his performance, otherwise he spends a full season in AAA next year.
  12. Honestly, I think there's a decent chance he's up prior to the ASB.
  13. Yeah he's done, I think he was on a 80 pitch count and made full use of every pitch .
  14. Watched his start on MiLB tv, he looked electric. Unhittable and fully in control of what he's doing. He may have hit three batters, but it's not a result of being erratic, more so, game plan, as he pitched deep inside to every batter. Final line: 6IP, 2H, 0R, 0BB, 12K, 3HBP, 81P
  15. Ok watching on MiLB tv guys! Manoah looks dynamic so far. 4IP, 1H, 0R, 8K, 0BB, 3HBP, 61 pitches Can feasibly go another 2 innings
  16. Gameday froze on the Buffalo game so we can track Manoah's results
  17. I saw that, super frustrating.
  18. Would rather do this for Ray. The stuff is better and the upside is higher.
  19. OMG you nailed it haha. It's infuriating and I couldn't put my finger on it before.
  20. Manoah at AAA!!? Wow!! He's going to join the rotation by the ASB if he kills it, I'm now certain.
