There's nothing wrong with using Price today regardless. We want him and Stroman to stay on close to regular rest, and if we skip either in hopes to start them Game 1 in the ALCS than they will be on very extended rest which could backfire again.
To add to that, you can really tell who the bandwagoners are when some girl/guy gets beaned in the head in the stands while talking/laughing with friends in the home half, instead of paying attention to the team they've paid to see.
We wouldn't have the "upper hand", the series would still be tied 2-2. You go with the best in Game 4 and 5.
Dickey for 5, Price for 3, Osuna for 1 in Game 4.
Stroman for 7, Sanchez/Lowe/Osuna for 2 in Game 5.
With his repertoire and pure stuff, Carlos Carrasco imho. Similar fastball as a starter, nasty slider, great change, and a cutter in place of the curve.
They both have a bulldog mentality, great command, and strikeout stuff.
Yep that's where most of the blame should be placed the past two games. There's no excuse why they couldn't do much against Gallardo yesterday (such a terrible approach to him the first few innings), and Hamels/bullpen today (they took the foot off the gas pedal once they got the 1-run lead and went back to trying to hit Homers every at-bat instead of going oppo).
