    A's will have Sonny Gray going in the Thursday game, don't want to give that one away either. It's a tough situation. I'd go MB, Hutch, Estrada vs Oakland, Price, Dickey, MB vs NYY. MB's career numbers aren't great against NY, but I'd still trust him over Hutch right now, and it still gives you a chance in the Thursday game with Estrada vs Gray.

    isn't there an international MLB feed that Sportsnet uses? That's probably what would happen, or just the US feed with Jamie and Zaun in studio. They'd probably bring in Shi or somebody else if the Jays are there given they would want to take it up a notch from their usual stuff.

    Well, I was being a bit flippant, but they can certainly play a role in hurting the Yankees postseason hopes. Realistically, Jays still have their work cut out for them, as do the Yankees. It's not like the O's are fading, and Tampa is still lurking in the bushes.

    I said it would happen by Labour Day. Looks like I was being kind. The real question now is: Can the Jays knock the Yankees right out of postseason contention?

    Jays will be in first place before Labour Day.

    About as much fun as it's been to be a Jays fan in two decades. This team has always been better than it's record indicates. Plus 100 in run differential and only a game above .500, that's insane. AA couldn't waste this team and IMO did what had to be done. I think it's the best team in the AL. Yankees are catchable, and the rest of the division is mediocre. If Stroman can return as the pitcher he was, this is a legit WC contender.
