What are the chances MacGregor is getting owned/hurt, loses his s***, says F this and round houses Mayweather, then breaks his arm in the arm bar? That would be worth watching.
That's a fair response. If they want to shake off a 15 year old finger blasting a 4 year old because he's a good pitcher, then all the power to them I guess.
I'm suggesting if no ML team is willing to sign this guy and let them play baseball for them - why would a team overseas? Different morals over there? or could a team in Korea simply avoid the PR nightmare because he's foreign?
That said - I am trolling you on this issue. It's fun.
Sorry - I took that as he's touching 95-96 as a reliever, but sits 90-92 as a starter. But whatever, it just seems most RH relievers are 95+ these days. I certainly don't take notice when a guy is throwing 95+ anymore like I did 5-10 years ago.
Is 95 MPH really "plus" in relief these days? Obviously movement, spin and control factor in, but if you're saying that based on pure velocity, I'm not so sure (unless you think 95 now means 98 when he matures).
It's not - Tellez has typically been a slow starter, especially when moving up to the next level. This slow start seems to be much longer than the previous ones (unless my brain is now making s*** up again). Fingers crossed he figures it out, but it's hard to watch Bellinger tear the NL a new hole while Tellez can't hit his weight in AAA.
I find it very frustrating that Tellez can post better numbers than Bellinger in AA at essentially the same age and then proceed to lay an egg in AAA this year, while Bellinger is taking MLB by storm.
It's like Shatkins have decided the Jays will want to be in a position again where Ryan Goins (or players like him) are depended on when injuries strike.
