  1. FFS - I've never had Chipotle and when I was in the states 2 weeks ago, we could have gone to one (I was craving Mexican), but my wife wanted the Outback instead. I ordered the fish tacos and they were s*** [shakes fist in air]
  2. Someone pull up Alford's swing - I think it also resembles JD's.
  3. I can't imagine this FO is going to made decisions regarding their generational talent based on optics and the casual fan base.
  4. You clearly don't follow or participate in our annual "Top 25 Hottest Blue Jays" thread....speaking of which, it's time guys. Time for us to tell one another which members of the Blue Jays make our members move and who are so ugly that Mama June wouldn't touch after she's blown up another bathroom.
  5. Nats considering Harper at the leadoff spot and the Yanks are trying out Judge/Stanton 1 + 2 in their order vs. LHP. We'll see if this materializes in the regular season, but could we finally be seeing a breakthrough from traditional lineups? Managers actually using facts to make informed decisions?
  6. It would be interesting if he's made a conscious effort to strike out less. I watched a Joey Votto interview and he said that last year he set a goal to hit .350 with an OBP over .500 (or something like that) and the stats suggested to do that, he'd have to cut his K% way down.....so that's what he did/tried to do. He did cut his K% last year, but it didn't help him reach his goals.
  7. Jaime Garcia? There isn't any debate on this man.
  8. Have the Jays advised Marcus Stroman that he needs to give up #6 to Vlad Jr.?
  9. So every NHL and NBA player is tested 0-3 or 0-4 times a year. I wonder what % of those players get the 0. Baseball gets grilled over PED use to the point that the government gets involved, but NBA players, who are probably the biggest, strongest, most athletic men on earth aren't using PED's? (it's speculation, but only R.Lewis in 2009 was reported to have elevated testosterone, while everyone else was suspended for weed, hard drugs or diet pills?) Only 2 NHL players in history have been caught? Utter nonsense. I guess it's a good thing the NHL doesn't test for cocaine, or the league would have to fold.
  10. Has anyone ever been suspended in the NBA for PED use? I don't think so which tells me they aren't really testing.
  11. I enjoyed Great American Ballpark, but I don't know if it's way better than RC. The food options and area behind the park where they have little diamonds set up and all the food concessions is pretty cool though. I really enjoyed Progressive Field last year. We stood in the right field corner (in the standing room area) and the atmosphere was great. PNC is a gem though. Best park I've ever been too. We'll see if Camden can match it this year!
  12. across the road I think.
  13. Another great baseball dump for your viewing pleasure. https://imgur.com/gallery/AetJC
  14. my grammatically flawed comment had nothing to do with the stadium. I'm actually planning a trip to Baltimore this summer to see Camden Yards because it's awesome. We just won't be staying in Baltimore.
  15. I hope he enjoys money because he just sold his soul to the devil and will be playing for one god awful team in a s*** hole of a City for the next 4 years.
  16. Spanky speaks, the O's listen!
  17. I generally agree with this premise. OT - but does the NBA even test for PED? I think Lebron started taking HGH in his kool-aid at age 8.
  18. I've had a company phone (which I'm allowed to use for personal use) for like 10+ years now. What a nice perk that is. I've never had to worry about data usage and thus I have no feel for what 6 gigs or 10 gigs gets me (or limits me to).
  19. What do you mean another step back for Martin? His bat is what it's always been (minus 2014, which was a massive outliner).
  20. It must suck living in a province where the CFL is jammed down your throat like you're Heather Brooke (Harmon).
  21. K% was 20.8 in 350 PA's in AAA last year and was about 16% in AA/AAA in 2016. He's only ever had an issue in his 200 PA's in AAA/majors after he was traded to the Jays...which is kind of interesting.
  22. Oh - I don't think Solarte can play SS regularly (only in a pinch). Diaz is starting at SS while Tulo is hurt. Ngoepe will if Diaz can't hit (Diaz will have to hit, as he isn't great defensively at SS).
