  1. But Kim K isn't fat...she's THICC
  2. Even though you didn't mean to do something doesn't mean that what you did was wrong.
  3. so he has his dad's body type, only fatter. Got it.
  4. + Groshans in 2021? C - Jansen 1st - Vlad 2nd - Biggio SS - Bichette 3rd - Groshans OF - Tucker, LGJ, Grichuk FAP, FAP, FAPPPPPP...
  5. That was brutal. Direct hit.
  6. Babe's 56 oz bat may have played a role in that mammoth shot. I love the picture of the stadium in that article also.
  7. Maybe just remove the kids from the OF? While I'm sure it's really fun and awesome for them - they don't add anything to the event and create a safety hazard. Waiting until the ball drops is dumb. Let them throw as quickly as they can. The fans want HR's and the ability for someone to claw back, come from behind and win.
  8. Thanks - that's a lot easier than searching their name in the search bar.
  9. You guys remember how excited we were for Kevin Smith going into this year? f*** me. I know prospects fail all the time, but lord the wind came out of his sail quick.
  10. Why don't Orelvis Martinez and Philip Clarke show up on Fangraphs yet?
  11. It would be hard for fans to follow as they hit HR's at such a fast pace. Guys - there's nothing wrong with the current format. It's exciting, must see TV. The HR derby is the best skills competition there is from the 4 major sports. The MLB all-star game is also the best of the 4.
  12. yeah - that H2H format in the 2nd round was super boring and hard to watch. No excitement at all. I mean who the f*** wanted to watch them each get an extra minute and then 3 more swings (twice!) to break the tie? That was s*** TV right there. H2H competition creates drama and excitement. The time basis | H2H format essentially saved the home run derby. Sometimes that means the wrong guys wins - but that's life.
  13. That discussion about how the Jays were pitching to Davis was f***ing brutal. Can't pitch to Davis because he's an RBI guy! 49 wRC+ hitter Buck...he's f***ing terrible....you don't intentionally walk a 49 wRC+ hitter with a K% of 40 you f***ing moron. That's one of THE worst exchanges I've ever heard Dumb and Dumber say on air.
  14. It's interest - I'd be inclined to do the opposite. If a guy gets hurt - don't penalize him (unless you think it will affect his abilities long term). If a guy is playing - and is pure s***....maybe he's not actually as good as you once thought (recognizing that development isn't always linear).
  15. Why doesn't Forrest Whitley fall? 12.21 ERA, 8.04 FIP in 24 innings this year.
  16. 10-4. For a brief moment, I thought you were insinuating that keggy is Tinnish...
  17. You mean that as in Tinnish was the assistant GM, so he probably played a major role in the deal (and still works under the new FO)?
  18. I mean for NL pitchers sure, but do we think more players will bunt with 2 strikes now if that rules gets traction? Hrm....I wonder what they could do if they don't like seeing pitcher's strike out so often.....hrmmmmm
  19. Could we just pretend we discussed these weird ass rules and move on?
  20. I'm going to agree to disagree. I have little doubt that Buck sees the 2.79 ERA, cites his 96-97 MPH fastball and has no idea what all those other stats mean. He was asking like we're going to get a haul for him. Oh was better last year than Hudson is this year, plus he had another year of control at a reasonable price and we didn't get much for him. I'm all for trading Hudson, and maybe he will help out a team if his LOB% luck continues, but we aren't getting jack s*** for him at the deadline. As for Buck being a catcher and thus being a superior evaluator of talent...I don't know man. Pitching in 1975 - 1985 is a s*** ton different than pitching in 2019.
  21. According to Buck - every contending team in baseball should be calling about Daniel Hudson because he's been lights out and leads the league in inherited base runners left on base. He thinks there might be interest in Giles too. He's being paid to say this stuff on air folks...
  22. I bet you complained all the time when Kawhi was sitting out.
  23. All with no knob on his bat...
  24. f*** - I'm glad we got that sorted out boyz.
