Probably not, but one of the big positives in Kim over Semien is he's only 25 so if you get him for 4 years, you should get his prime years, which align nicely with our window. Semien is entering his age 31 season, so he'd be more of a short term filler - and we have no idea if he has any interest in moving to 3rd (if the Jays wanted to move him there).
