I suspect the metrics suggest Miller is a bad matchup for Schneider (as they were last night with Castillo) and I just don't really think Loperfido is that good. At this point - I don't think we should be questioning it. Let's just f*ckin' go get them.

What an absolutely incredible game. One of my favourite games ever. Max shoving and the offense coming up huge in what's near a must win game. I hope my boys tell their kids about this game one day.

Absolutely not. Buck said it - when he runs to the mound, he wants to talk about it. He had to know that's the response Max would give him and he knew how he'd respond to it (by letting him stay). There's almost no way Max was going to tell him he was done or show any sign of weakness.

Before anyone confirms it, I want it to be known that I believe Schneider went to the mound with no intentions of pulling Max. He knew Max would react like that and just wanted to get him jacked up
