    Oh you are not stirring s*** up, the Jays are. Valencia has positional flexibility by being able to play corner spots adequately and even 2B in an emergency and hits lefties really well. Colabello is a DH, DH and DH and is regressing. Not sure why we did it...

    Pompey makes the most sense, but so did keeping Valencia around as a backup corner infielder with Goins as the middle infielder.

    The correct answer is in LF while Revere goes to the bench and becomes the late game pinch runner and occasional day off for a regular OF.

    I have never been this nervous waiting to hear of a return as I have with this one. And after all the deals AA has made, that means something.

    Probably Cashner and Ross ending up on Boston and Chicago.

    I see value in Revere as a good 4th OF with control. He can play all 3 spots and has speed on the bench and while he doesn't walk, he does not strikeout either. I am not saying he is a must, but if the price is reasonable he would be a good pickup and wouldn't necessarily block Pompey from becoming a regular either. Maybe Amaro could be tempted with D.J. Davis. I wouldn't give up more than that.

    Lets not forget how weak we are in terms of OF depth beyond Pompey. Carerra/Colabello with semi regular time would kill us.

    Got to give AA credit, hes assembling the greatest team to ever miss the playoffs.

    Another plus for AA and his front office not leaking things. It might be frustrating for fans but it prevents a gong show.

    f*** em! If their butt buddy could field a ground ball they wouldn't of had to move him for a player who actually is deserving of his pay.

    You could presumably bring back a major league outfield bat with the pitching depth that he would command. Best part of these moves is Jose's influence is diminishing as his clique is less important to the teams success.
