    No we dont need a roster player/2 months DL player who only DH's against RHP, oh and his power has just about dissapeared.

    If the Jays have to eat half of Reyes salary, which is what it would take, than its a bad deal. Suppose that the Jays do make a deal and save $11M, would you take a SS of Reyes caliber for $11M. Of course Thus trading Reyes should not be looked at. Trading Burly however is another matter and needs to be executed as soon as possible.

    The signing doesn't make sense The rumor makes perfect sense. After AA does nothing this off season he will need a fall back we tried position. Martin will be one of those fallback players. Jays will offer him something, of this I am sure but it will be the second best deal. what better way to get the rumor out there than use your own media arm lacky

    I hate that AA has to Explain his moves. I don't want him to do that. He shouldn't have to think what media/fanbase will have to think of his moves. He needs to focus on making the Jays a playoff team. period.

    Thing is Lind was never one of the Jays best hitters, since he couldn't hit at at all against left handed pitching. - Not being able to hit against 40% of the pitchers out there, plus not being able to field a position and contributing nothing to defense, yet carrying a roster spot, plus missing an average of 2 months a year. Lest people forget, Lind bats between 2 top 10 hitters in all of baseball. Or either after them.

    recent moves have been somewhat optimistic for me 1. AA has finally given up on some constantly injured players for me. I have long blamed Morrow, Mcgowan and Lind all of which seemingly get hurt at the most crucial times of the year. 2. AA has gone back to buying low. Both Estrada and Smoak have failed to reach their potential. Estrada was really good when he used to use his curve ball a lot. But his fastball has lost some speed. Still decent changing moves.

    That brings an end to the Santos for Nestor Molina deal Both teams lost. Jays lost more money, and the potential to trade Molina for a better player. Whitesox lost by trading for a useless prospect
