    Not a great route there. Obviously a difficult play but Pillar made that the last 2 years.

    Travis apparently had tears in his eyes during his media session and said it isn't as bad as last year but the pain is pretty similar. Christ sounds like he could be done for the season. Jays really need a 2nd baseman.

    What happened to Pearce? Haven't heard anything since he went on the DL. Did he tear his calf or was it just a strain?

    Can add Morales (the pitcher) but I think that was only $2 Million. Big picture the FO looks pretty good. The day to day roster moves could still use some work but Atkins is pretty new to the GM role so he gets a pass for now.

    6 Man rotations are terrible. Never should be used.

    Why would they trade for Edwin if they weren't willing to sign him to that exact same contract?

    I'd leave Liriano in the rotation. Biagini might be the better pitcher but he's been in the bullpen before and they can manage his workload better there anyway. Team needs another good arm in the pen too so he would fill the need.

    Morales gets himself out a lot. Chases a ton of bad pitches.

    Of course the As are making plays all over the field this game with a historically terrible defence.

    Too bad Smoak couldn't get a hit when he knew which pitch was coming. Donaldson relaying the signs was so obvious. Can't believe the As Catcher didn't change them.

    I think it was after his breakout last 2 months. Maybe he didn't have prospect eligibility left but the person said that's where he would have ranked.

    Brett Lawrie? Wasn't he in the top 3 behind Trout and Harper on someone's list.

    Among qualified Pitchers Biagini has allowed the 3rd least amount of hard contact. Its funny because his statline looks a lot like Stroman's (Same K, BB and GB numbers) yet they couldn't be anymore different in terms of appearance.

    Gibbons is so stupid. Going to need Smith and Osuna tomorrow yet you have them throwing.

    I dunno about that.. Both teams had some good changes before the goal went it. OT is such a coin flip all it takes is a bounce and boom the game is over. Instead we hear the media and some fans find reasons to blame the team for losing when the reality is it could have gone either way. Crosby and Malkin are 2 of the best players in the world and you could tell just how dangerous they are when they have the puck. A lot of teams struggle when playing against them, not just Ottawa. The Senators just got to within 1 goal of the Stanley Cup Finals with a team that isn't close to the most talented so you can't really talk s*** about their "effort".
