He pitched 120 innings last year combined with AA and AFL so he should be able to throw at least 150 this year. He's thrown 100 so far which would mean 50 more innings if you go by that estimate. With 56 games left in the regular season you could say 11 starts left for each pitcher.
Not a stretch to see him reach that 150 IP by mid September but if this team is in a playoff race and he is not showing any fatigue there is no way you can shut him down.
I think Stroman should be able to handle the workload because he has a really athletic delivery and hasn't had any arm trouble in the past. Knock on wood.
