    He is just a guy. Undrafted free agent who will help the team toward a NWL championship but nothing more I would think. I wouldn't toss out Billy Hamilton's name when including Raemon Fields.

    I would rather have EE if he is healthy. Give me the way better bat and only one roster spot compared to 2.

    People always claim that its not Rogers fault because the payroll is already very large and that it is management's fault. But when you are faced with this particular situation Rogers deserves blame. When the club needs a little extra money to get into the playoffs for the first time in 2 decades which would in turn spike revenue and make Rogers a lot more money you have to do it. If it is found out afterwards that Rogers did not make money available the brand will be damaged which will cost the team a lot more money than just giving the team a little bit more money.

    The guy is a nervous wreck out there though and can't throw strikes to save his life half the time.

    Hes on the bench with the RHP starting. At least gives us a guy to go to if they bring in a lefty late in the game.

    Would of rather liked to see Rasmussen sent down. Rogers could at least be the long man. Maybe they are secretly hoping someone picks up that salary again, but I highly doubt anyone touches it.

    The away games in Seattle are like home games because at least half the fans are usually blue jays fans.

    Because you dont let a month of A ball determine bias when evaluating a player. Its not like Pentecost has been playing badly either..

    Its funny because I thought Michael Wacha before even clicking the link. One can dream... Im happy with that first round anyways. If you told me before the draft we could get a player that developed into a #2 starter with either of the picks I would be happy.

    Funny that Stroman was at 9. Looking back on it he would be in the top 5. Dont get why the blue jays thought he would slide to 22 when the industry mocked him in the top 15

    I don't think the approach has been that bad for the most part. Rasmus, Goins, Reyes all have terrible approaches to begin with. The Rasmus 3-0 thing was pretty dumb.
