  1. These interviews on the field before pitchers are cringy.
  2. Men should not have piercings anywhere besides their ears.
  3. Weird considering how much better Fulmer is than Norris.
  4. lol what? There is so much more leg room in the TD Club than the 100L.. I have seasons in the 100L and I have to get the aisle because its ridiculous how little room there is. Outfield is even worse.
  5. Especially when their best month was when they had the most injuries.
  6. Yeah exactly. Having only 8 seats in the aisle is really nice too as you barely need to get up for anyone. I think they make a Section like that in the 100 Level either by expanding the In the Actions seats to be 5 or 6 rows or have what the Yankees have with the Legends suites.
  7. I'll certainly pay a little more to have padded seats with cupholders and more leg room.
  8. http://www.fangraphs.com/depthcharts.aspx?position=BaseRuns
  9. Because the Brewers have overachieved and are the only team ahead of them while the Jays have like 6 teams between them and the 2nd wildcard. Pretty obvious.
  10. If they're sinking 200M into the dome they aren't keeping prices the same, especially with the min. wage increasing.
  11. Its not even about attendance.. its the TV ratings that are the biggest impact. Those depend on how the team is performing. And I believe after next year the contract is up so they may want to have a competitive year next year to try to get as much $ locked in on the next contract before taking a step back. As well if they do a multi hundred Million dollar renovation on RC in the next 2 years they will get people wanting to go see the park because of that.
  12. They'll probably do it like last year where renewals are increased by like 1 or 2% but new packages will be closer to 10% more expensive.
  13. I think people don't want to see the Jays go into the year with an 84 win team next year while the Yankees and Red Sox go in with 90+Win teams and the Jays having to trade guys that they could have gotten more value for now.
  14. Why instead of giving them more $ you just have them eat at the ballpark where you can control portion sizes and the type of food? These players aren't going to be going to the grocery stores and spending all that time cooking. Its like giving them $ to go find a trainer outside the org. Sure they could do it but its better to have your own supervision so you can control everything. Even the top prospects eat mostly at Chipotle and Steak n Shake.
  15. For those who need SP I'm willing to trade for an impact Bat. Need someone who will move the needle so no platoon guys etc..
  16. Ehhh I heard Shapiro said that they planned to do it but seems to still be the same. PBJ!
  17. Yeah its quite remarkable. I think the Dodgers are the only team that does it across all minor league levels. But its funny that teams will spend $3-4 Million on a s***** relief pitcher yet won't pay for good food to prospects they value in the tens of Millions. Its like buying a Ferarri and putting the shittiest fuel in the gas tank.
  18. Agree 100%. Its still terrible even now. 90% of the players get fed Peanut Butter Sandwiches before the games. As far as I can tell the Jays minor leaguers are included in that group.
  19. Seems like a lot to give up for only 2 years on the contract. MLSE ain't wanting to pay that luxury tax.
