It'd be cool to see some of the best players in MLB take ABs from the other side of the plate during real games. I remember Bautista and Donaldson taking BP from the Left side and putting on a show smoking HRs. -
Yeah I would think so too lol. Especially since he's in the bullpen so they are hardly around each other compared with SP and position players. I'm on board with signing him and trading Osuna for a SP.

Seems like if you sign a big money FA and he performs well in the first year he will still have good trade value even if there is a lot of money left. Miller, Robertson both look to have good value on the trade market. Heck, I bet the Jays could still get value back for Russ Martin if they decided to trade him even with them paying him only 7 Million last year.

Didn't K-Rod have a domestic dispute recently? Could of scared a lot of teams off especially in the current climate.

If it is a below market value extension I would disagree. In dickey's situation whoever traded for him was going to be able to sign him for 2/25 so that would of factored into the deal. Its not like you are trading for 1 year of Chapman and then him signing a 4/55 extension.
