Yep. If DIckey or Estrada can't go deep into their respective starts this weekend (both realistic possibilities), then the Jays are in trouble by using Chavez and Floyd as short relievers. Not surprising, really.
I'll take a slow start if it means a managerial change in May. I still think the FO letting Gibbons stay on was a terrible move. I know this is not their core team, and letting Gibbons take the fall in case things go sour is probably the smart move on their end, but man, just get a manager that can win in 2016 and then transition into whatever direction they want to take in 2017-beyond (rebuilding, retooling, whatever). Giving this Hick a raise and letting him make roster decisions is so disgusting.
