    That might happen. Pineda and Nova are hurt. And that offense is due for regression.. A-Rod and Tex aren't keeping this up.

    Yanks stand pat. They may regret that considering the injuries to Pineda and Nova, and Sabathia's crapiness. All they have right now is Tanaka, Eovaldi, and one of Mitchell/Severino/AAAA guys (Warren is not stretched out.)

    One non-propsect, a marginal prospect and minor league filler. Not a bad deal, especially if Lowe continues to pitch well until season's end.

    Parra's D has nosedived since his Gold GLove season in 2013.. he's not even replacement level anymore. He'd be worthless if it hadn't been for the bat. And the O's really shouldn't be blowing their farm.. as with Ed-Rod, what happens if Zach Davies turns into a decent pitcher for Milwaukee?

    Travis officially put on the DL, Price activated.. Hopefully we see Tepera sent down and Kawasaki up by game time.

    Astros walk off on the Angels. Good news for the Jays.. especially considering the Angels have the Dodgers next. Deficit in the 1st wild card is down to 4...

    Mariners get out of it.. 8-5 Twins. Of course, Minnesota's pitching is awful.. this game is far from over.

    And the Orioles look to be doing nothing.. except blowing a top pitching prospect for a decent hitting OF whose defense is well below replacement level now..

    Afraid so. Yanks were so cheap, they traded for Dustin Ackley, a guy who has already flamed out in Seattle, as they refuse to part with Severino/Judge/Mateo/Bird/Sanchez. Don't expect them to make any significant trades.

    Yuck. Hope he's being used for DH duties.. his OF defense is awful. (-0.7 dWAR) And this'll make the O's farm system the worst in baseball, with the Tigers adding 3 pitchers for Price. Used to be a gold glover.. but his defense has taken a dive after the 2013 season (injury? age?)

    That's bad news for the Angels.. they're going to need a healthy Trout just to stay in the divisional race.
