    BTW, Daniel Norris is getting blasted by the Red Sox.. already down 2-0 on a double by HanRam. 39 pitches in the 1st.. isn't that the reason he got sent to Buffalo in the first place?

    33 pitches already for Eovaldi. Could be a long night for the Yanks pen.. no way he goes more than 5.

    Not a good outing for Eovaldi so far.. Yanks better get the bullpen going.

    Eovaldi is sure taking a lot of pitches to get through this inning.. Yanks will be lucky to get 5 out of him (and yes, I know about that great pen..)

    Sportsnet. The real question is whether they'd go to the TBS/Fox Sports feed or would Buck and Pat still do that the game, similar to what happens in the Raptors playoff games.

    You're 5-7 against us, and 5-8 vs. the Yankees. So quit it. Baltimore wouldn't be in contention if the Red Sox were actually relevant (O's are 9-4 vs. them). And the remainder of the August sked for the O's isn't pretty.. and after you face us in the last week, the Yankees are after that.

    Jays have matched up well vs. the Yanks this year. We're 4-2 vs. them, and the Yanks lineup has had no change since May, when we met them. And the Yanks offense is due for a cool-off.. considering the roster's age, they're going to sustain .270-.280 averages forever. Despite winning the Sox series, the Yanks had some trouble scoring after that 9 run outburst in Game 1 of the series.. and McCann is questionable for the series. We're facing Eovaldi (Yanks equiv. of Hutchison, with a high ERA yet gets tons of run support), Nova and Tanaka(who we have beaten already.). And our lineup is deeper now than back in April and May.

    Nats continue to shoot themselves in the foot. Gio Gonzalez and Aaron Barrett have combined to give the D-Backs are 5-2 lead, as the Mets are dominating the Marlins. 2 game lead by the end of the night for the Mets.. hope Matt Williams and Mike Rizzo are updating their resumes, as they are likely to be fired next after Dombrowski, as the Nats continue to underperform.
