He didn't call for sac bunts often, he generally used the correct relievers, his lineups were generally good... He was, on average, a positive manager who didn't make a lot of (glaring) mistakes. This is also known as a ridiculous, phenomenal, enormous improvement over Chuckles.

Does Tabby realize that the guy they traded for Dickerson was also left handed? I mean, it's certainly an upgrade (in the sense that a broken push broom would be an upgrade on Panik), but it didn't make the team any more left/right balanced.
