  1. Not yet. They are going to have him play 2-3 9inning games in Buffalo is my understanding to see how is ankle reacts. If everything is a go there is no reason we will not see him playing against Tbay
  2. That and right now he is not 5+ he is Mid 4 and going down. Other than JJ I don't know who if there is another guy on this rotation that I would trust more with the ball right now. I would say by seasons end you will see consistent MB numbers which are 200+ Innings with a .350-.400 ERA. I would almost be willing to bet on that.
  3. I have basically come to grips that we are not going to get much offensive output from the catcher position so lets just hope for the best lol.
  4. Also could use JPA to go on one of his 1week hot streaks where he hits 5 homeruns then sucks again.
  5. I imagine we will see Reyes,Bau,EE,Lind,Melky. However I do not think it is a coincidence that Melky has started to struggle when his leg problems flared up. If I am the Jays I would think about maybe giving him 15 days on the DL to rest his legs and get him close to 100%. With Reyes coming back he will be able to get on base for the big boys and Rajai will give us the same if not better then what Melky has been giving us. We are in the middle of the Wild Card race right now and we will need Melky after the all star break but he is no good to us if he is hobbling everywhere.
  6. The thing is Baltimore's starting pitching has been no better then ours. Our Bullpen has just been outstanding to say the least which is way more then I can say about the O's whose have been shaky a lot this season. I am just saying going into this series it is not as lopsided as it was a month ago with a tired pen and completely lost pitchers.
  7. I'm don't see series any different then the previous 2, reason being is that our offence right now has been for the most part dangerous and we are not going to see anything special in terms of pitching from theses guys. If we can hold them to 3-4 runs I don't see any reason why we can't beat them. Colorado has probably a more complete lineup then the O's and we held them off the scoreboard for the most part. If we can dance around Davis then I say we win.
  8. Would be nice to have him back for the O's but you don't want to rush him back after only a few games in Dunedin if I was to guess it would be more likely Boston Series
  9. I think as of right now we are a very dangerous team. We are gaining momentum and confidence. We are getting out All Star SS back our pitchers are putting it all together and our offence is cranking it up. Still a long road but we are a good team and can make it interesting.
  10. Not Many Casuals on here I guess lol.
  11. Rogers not really a fluke but will not keep up this pace.... Lind however I don't see it. He started getting in trouble the last couple years because he was trying to pull everything (Thanks Cito/Dm) but now he is going the other way a lot especially off of LHP. I think he is a .300 hitter with 25HR I don't think it is a Fluke that he is doing this.
  12. I can see him flaming out after 15 or so starts like Carlos V. I hope I am wrong but I can't see him having the durability to keep it going for an entire season.
  13. Would not be sad to see him go.
  14. What can we get for Lawrie???
  15. Nobody knows I think if we continue to win then I think that we stay the course with what we have. If injuries pop up I would not be surprised to see Hutch/Romero up come Sept. If we fall out of contention again I think that you will see MB and JJ shipped off and we will see Stroman. It all depends on what happens.
  16. Really the only analyst that I can really stand to listen too is Heyhurst. Only because he is the only one who is not buying into the HOMERZ that JPA hits and points out what his real problem is. He still has his WTF moments but for the most part he is pretty accurate and does not sugar coat things for the casual fans.
  17. I thought that D J Davis would be starting in Vancouver....
  18. I would do that in a heart beat. Free up cash, and have Profar and Reyes up the middle. However like most people said AA would have to have Balls to do it. Most on here would love it but the "casual" fans would just be raging and as much as I hate to admit it Toronto has a lot of them Casuals kicking around.
  19. Well guys I think it is finally time for me to sell high on JPA who has been out of the lineup for a long ass time lol. If anyone has some good used bats that have been sawed off that will be the going rate. The guy is a top 5 catcher.... at something. Whose in?!?
  20. How about that Michael Wacha not bad for a late draft pick. You can never seem to go wrong drafting Cardinal Pitching.
  21. That's a lie! I bet he would not make a single Error if he was a DH lol.
  22. I feel good about Reyes being on this track, a set back is bound to come out of no where and knock me down a peg. Always seems to happen.
  23. Never mind I got him and Aherens mixed up sorry I was trying to be sarcastic but I failed FML.
  24. Pillar! He is due to break out any season now lol
