From what I understand, the premise behind trading Eaton is that they need to do tear-down and rebuild and by the time that's over, Eaton will be in his decline. Stroman is a little younger than Eaton but also has one less year of control. Will their rebuild be over within the 4 years of control? Would they plan to extend him? Seems like they would be better off targeting high end prospects but that's not any concern of the Jays.
