    Pompey is good but that's what makes the trade work for both teams. Position on the win curve makes turning Pompey into Chapman worth it for the Jays and long term control and value is what makes Pompey work the Reds. As trade suggestions go, this one is pretty sensible.

    I'm still somewhat intrigued by what Jackson can do as a pitcher. He was terrible last year but pitcher development can be pretty unpredictable. I'd still take a flyer on him as a relief prospect.

    He was given the benefit of the doubt FOR YEARS. It's only recently that his credibility has reached the breaking point.

    From what's being reported, it happened in the lobby of the hotel in front of witnesses who called the police. This isn't even a he said/she said case.

    Look someone had made an offensive post which I deleted. I then warned everyone ITT that the next tasteless joke gets a ban and then Ang made his stupid post. Not sorry. Edit: It's only a one day ban, anyways.

    On the one hand, I get what you're saying. I'm glad we won't get to see him play for the team we root for but on the other hand our own fandom is not really what's impacted here. This sounds like a very violent, probably quite traumatic assault.

    I just deleted a very offensive post about this Reyes stuff. Domestic violence is no joke so consider this a board wide warning. Next deletion will come with the ban hammer.
