    Weather forecast here http://www.theweathernetwork.com/weather/united-states/minnesota/minneapolis It is supposed to warm up to +4, and not really calling for much precipitation. +7 next couple of days. It won't be great weather but they should be able to play. Related: they should have built a retractable roof there.

    Do we have another Travis Snider (at least as far as hitting goes) on our hands? I wake up in the middle of the night and worry about these things.

    Just saw the Jays hitters have a .243 babip, as opposed to their pitchers giving up a .366 babip. So definitely (bad) luck has been a factor so far. That's a huge difference.

    Sometimes I think there was a hex placed on them. But seriously, a few things happened around there. The strike (which probably hurt Montreal more than us, but people use it as a convenient excuse for why they stopped following the Jays); Pat Gillick leaving and his replacement Gord Ash not being good at anything except imitating Dr. Evil; and Labatts selling the team to Interbrew, a Belgian brewing company that knew jackshit about baseball and didn't care.

    Yep MRI coming up for Reyes. He says he still hopes to start on Opening Day, but being this is the Jays, I'm already kinda thinking at least late April/early May.
