Lol there is no way in hell a slap hitting LF like Roden would be getting 140 million over the next 6 years. He might be a non-tender candidate by the time he enters arb.

I believe Bieber was the best starting pitcher traded, even with the TJS? A lot rides on him performing well.

Cannot believe people think the Yankees had a good deadline Yeah they added some relievers but the rest of it is just a bunch of platoon bats and bench players How did they not add a starting pitcher? I mean hell, we also added two good relievers but we added an SP1 on top of it. The Yankees will be considering Marcus Stroman for playoff games lmao

Atkins needs to make his trades as late as possible. He traded for a setup man and the best starter to be moved at the deadline so far. Meanwhile, the Yankees traded for a couple of Rockies players, a platoon bat and Bednar, but because Bednar was acquired after we made our trades, everyone and their 15-minute attention span thinks Atkins is sitting around not doing anything. Lol

Pretty sure his track record is awful and he'd have been better off not making most of these trades. The Soto trades alone are brutal. He sure is fun when the trade deadline roles around though.
