  1. If Ryan Goins saved 2-3 hits a game he'd be a better player than Barry Bonds.

I don't understand the point of this post. Was anyone unaware of the Raptors poor franchise history and Popovich's Spurs' relative dominance?
  3. They probably spent $5k or so on that kid. Whatever.
  4. 100 even. Probably will hit less than that though.

Whenever Vasquez always plays the point out of necessity in garbage time and acts like a D-League player. He always chucks up as many shots as he can and never gives the Stiesmas and Fields' a touch.
  6. Gibby is amazing. Much more intelligent than President Farrell, a better manager and a polar opposite from Farrell in terms of likeability.
  7. Apparently Uecker said a lot more than that when in the booth! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9wOyTGfa6eo
  8. Well I don't remember Exhibition but that's the main reason I said it was probably a bad idea. The Rogers Centre is pretty much in a near perfect place now, which does make the issue of a new stadium interesting, when it eventually is needed. Maybe big retrofits? That would be a more expensive and complicated option though.
  9. We hardly hear anything from Edwin in the media but he does seem to be very likeable. I liked the documentary Brunt did with him in the DR. Seems like a really humble guy.
  10. Pipedream that will never happen and probably isn't even a good idea: A beautiful baseball only park built on the lake shore.
  11. Bautista is very likable. Easily the smartest guy on the team.
  12. What was the Thole joke? I was talking to me roommate and missed it.
  13. Beeston gets a standing ovation as he's announced.
  14. Hoffman has been there for over a month already. Many of the prospects in the system have been there for weeks. There was a photo of those at the strength camp that I'm sure King thoroughly enjoyed. Back row left to right: Some coach probably, don't know, another coach maybe, not sure, Ryan Borucki, Chase De Jong, Jeff Hoffman, Dwight Smith Jr., Danny Jansen, Maxwell Pentecost, don't know, Chad Jenkin's brother, some coach. Front row: don't know, Roberto Osuna, don't know, Richard Urena, some coach, JD Davis I think (not DJ, JD)
  15. That picture of AA is at least a thousand gyros ago.
  16. ^Can we ban this guy. All he does is blatantly troll.
  17. It looks like Baltimore was 20th in the smartest cities category. Which only proves your point more.
  18. The Blue Jays got absolutely fleeced. It looked like a horrible trade at the time and it's only worse now.

Why the f*** are they running the moronic Lou iso with a 10 second differential between the game clock and shot clock at the end of the quarter. It results in Lou chucking up a stupid 3, causing a long rebound and 2 easy fast break points for Brooklyn. Has Lou even made an end of quarter shot since November (which this shot wasn't, given the differential)?
  20. They all look like they were born men. The biceps, facial structures and hands give them all away. Wasn't sure about the second one at first glance, but dat bicep. Anyways, I need to get back into shape. I'm not overweight at all, just don't get nearly enough activity as I should since I started university. I play beer league soccer in the summer. I need to get back into hockey.
  21. Cross Belisario off the list of potential Blue Jays then, if Morosi is reporting it. He's easily linked 75+ players to the Blue Jays and I don't know if he's ever been right.
  22. Well obviously you should never use one measure to complete on opinion on a player. While wRC+ will give you a much clearer and accurate representation of their true offensive worth, the triple slash line is still a great way to look at what type of player they are from a batting standpoint.
  23. Why wouldn't you? Sure, it's not adjusted for anything, but it gives you a great idea of the player's offensive composition.

It's embarrassing. Inferiority complex in full effect.
  25. The Anderson from this article is John Anderson, not Jacob.
