  1. That 4 innings is more than the 3 innings he logged in the minors coming up.
  2. 99% Sprint Speed. Is that three 80-grade tools he has?
  3. I’m not minding it. It’s a nice change, wouldn’t want to watch every game like this. Sometimes I’ll even turn into the other team’s feed to switch it up.
  4. Rumour has it that the Jays only made Schneider interim manager because they’re planning to hire Spanky in the offseason.
  5. I like the Bass move there. Don’t play around with Judge.
  6. Fangraphs.com They have stats and stuff.
  7. Frasso will be a bullpen guy if he can stay healthy. It's obvious neither team thinks he'll cut it as a starter. In his 12th start of the year he went a whole 2.2 innings.
  8. He's 3rd in Contact% behind Kirk and Espinal. *4th now that we have Merrifield.
  9. It was a slow draft previous years I think.
  10. Yankees should be panicking. Since July 9th they are 10-18. That's good for a .357 win%. The Nationals are the only team with a win% lower than that for the year.
  11. Maybe working with him over the offseason will help. There's an above average pitcher in there. Even since he's came back from the short minors visit, his 3 starts has been his 3 lowest average exit velocities this year.
  12. Does Nolan Arenado opt out after this season? 5 years left at a 28.8 AAV. Currently leading the NL in WAR.
  13. Free agents always tend to get overpaid, how many from just this past offseason already look to be an overpay? Bryant, Semien, Story, Baez, Castellanos. The Springer contract is looking better than all of those.
  14. That Justin Upton contract.
  15. Matt Carpenter's last contract. Andrew Miller. Dexter Fowler.
  16. Sometimes their risks pay off. Gausman is looking good, and showing his 2021 is sustainable. Gausman > Ray I've found there hasn't been any brutal contracts yet. Ryu is disappointing, especially after the cy young caliber first year. Springer is a break even for me. Jury is out on Berrios, hopefully this year is just a blip. Certainly no Anthony Rendon type deals. These sub-ideal contracts happen with every team. AA/Braves have had some bad contracts recently as well. Marcell Ozuna and Eddie Rosario. Kikutchi is looking to be the worst decision so far. Maybe he's a bullpen candidate? Atleast his last 2 years are the cheaper ones.
  17. Depends what Gurriel does next year. I could see him putting up a QO quality year. Not sure where his power has gone, but he hit at a >30HR/162G pace from 2018-2020. He's improved hit K% every year.
  18. Looks like it might be around a 1 hr delay?
  19. We get it, you got the shits off your atkins diet and now have a hate for anything that brings back that painful memory.
  20. Yankees have been losing 83% of the time since Aug 2nd.
  21. How often do you think one of the “top teams” actually win the World Series?
  22. Frasso is ranked 26th for the Dodgers.
  23. I like that all the players the Jays got have atleast 1 more year of control. Some like White and Pop have multiple years.
  24. I think he’ll just miss 5 games? Jays are on a road trip at the moment.
  25. Merrifield was extremely cold to begin the year. Since mid-May he’s been his regular 3WAR self. He’s been worth 3 WAR the previous 5 seasons. (Extrapolating the short season). He’ll be able to help this team. Especially with his versatility.
