Which leads to the question, why isn't Davis stealing more? 8SB and 5CS!?!! -
I thought D.J. Davis was susposed to be the fastest of anyone we have.

http://www.sportsnet.ca/baseball/mlb/mlb-execs-time-to-consider-later-deadline/ Some MLB execs were polled about whether they think the trade deadline should be pushed back a couple weeks to mid-August. 14 out of the 21 that gave their opinion thought that it should be changed. Me, I think it should stay right where it's at. It's around the 2/3 mark for the season. There's always the Waiver-deadline to make deals if you want to tweek your team a little. What do you think is the chance that they actually go forward with this and change it in the near future?

I think in the end he'll end up getting the rest of the year, similar to Braun. But more then the 50 other players are getting.

Who thinks Cruz would be better to wait til next year to serve it or serve it right away? I think if he waits til next year to serve it he'd end up getting less money in the FA market this year. I think he'd be better off serving right away and coming back late September. Why is A-rod being treated so harshly? Everyone else is getting 50 Games and they are trying to give him 200+ games... If I was him I'd be pissed! I think some backroom talks are going on with MLB and the Yankees, so that way they can get out from paying his salary for this year and next year. Gomez = Only guy with 15+HR and 25+SB on the year; Last year post allstar break - 14HR, 26SB He's probably only a 30+ HR going forward.

therealmin (Stanton, Jones, Rios, Holliday) - That is a real nice OF, Best for sure. me (McCutchen, Kemp, Choo, Carter) - I'd be concerned about Kemp just as much as Hamilton, and Carter is leading the league in SO and hitting .220. Dinger (C. Davis, Bourn, Craig) - Davis hasn't played the OF yet this year, so no OF eligibility for next year, that's a big hit to his OF. silvergun (CarGo, Bruce, De Aza) - Another nice one, I'd consider this probably the 2nd best OF.

Ya, I just looked.. He would be a top 20. I'm gonna have some sexy OF next year with Gomez, Puig, Hamilton, and Martin or Yelich for a #4.

I think Choo is more of a #2 OF possibly a #3 or Util on a good team. And yes, we should all update our trade blocks. Some peoples are still the same as they were in March.

That's a lot to pay for Fernandez. But I agree, I'm also a big fan of Jose, he's gonna be a top pitcher for a long time. I think you did a good job aquiring him this year, after seeing what he is doing, his value is only going to rise.

I might be a little biased because I have him in the DDL. But, this seems totally unfair. Other players are getting just the rest of this year. How and why is his suspension longer then everyone elses? Because he is a bigger name? Something just doesn't seem right here..
