  1. I've liked Chris Capuano since 2010. I remember after his 2011 season with the Mets, I said he'd be a nice FA target and many posters on here gave me flack for suggesting it.
  2. Also, its best to keep him stretched out, so he should be preparing to come back as a starter during his rehab since you never know with the other arms in the rotation if they go down.
  3. Depends if the Jays bring in a starter like Shark or Kennedy. If not, he should be given a chance in the rotation again.
  4. I was reading that Boston might designate Chris Capuano for assignment soon with a bunch of their starters coming off the DL in the next couple of weeks. He'd be a nice arm to have around as insurance.
  5. Thing is your team is contending this season. I doubt Erlin is a difference maker this year for you. He's a nice young lefty, but Lohse is a huge upgrade. I'm not even sure I'd keep Erlin as part of my Top 20 heading into the cutdown. Holliday isn't having a great season - he's getting on-base though isn't hitting for any power whatsoever. Your OF is stacked already and your DHing Holliday to begin with. At least Tex is hitting HR's and he plays in a very favourable ballpark. Tex and Lohse is an upgrade for you moving forward this season. I thought I sent you a very good offer and after a couple of days, I just got an e-mail saying it was rejected with no comment whatsoever. At least counter or tell me what works/doesn't. It would be appreciated.
  6. Never say never I'll look at your roster and see if something works out.
  7. He is thanking everyone tonight or unless he is going on a Spanky drunken rampage which I doubt.
  8. There have been questionable moves - and the Archer one was one of them. That was a complete undersell moving him for a mid first rounder.
  9. You shouldn't be talking considering where your team is...
  10. Funny thing is Tex is better than what your starting at DH right now on your team... I'm willing to package him with Lohse - my asking price has been actually quite reasonable.
  11. Thank you for endorsing Kyle Lohse. I'll pay you a commission if I end up trading him I'm just shocked at how all the contenders who desperately need starting pitching haven't made any serious offers. I even sent a proposal of Lohse and Tex for a veteran outfield bat who has an OPS below .800 right now and that was turned down. Quite ridiculous if you ask me.
  12. He has a solid lineup, especially whenever CarGo gets back. Pitching wise he's a bit thin. He has two nice studs in Kluber and Hamels. The rest are meh... I think he needs Kyle Lohse
  13. Look whose talking. Want to grab some Molson's?
  14. His K/BB ratio was pretty bad at the time. Still a mistake on my part. You got lucky my friend...enjoy the ride.
  15. Because I want to see your name on a title this season. Verlander won't pitch you to a championship this season, let's be real!
  16. Kyle Lohse is available for any team contending and looking for a front of the rotation arm. He's 8-2 with a 3.09 ERA, 1.02 WHIP and 72 K's vs. 17 BB's in 102 IP. I'm also willing to package Lohse with Tex if anyone is looking for a power bat at 1B or DH.
  17. His fastball velocity has dropped mate lol. He's like averaging 92-94 if I recall.
  18. You can never have enough pitching. If Morrow can string together a stretch of 7-10 really good starts, I'd be more than happy. Could be a huge help, and he's capable of doing that. He's much better than Kyle Kendrick.
  19. Screw Adrian Beltre, trade for David Wright!!!!
