  1. I think if he was hitting like the Troy of old with the .900 OPS seasons, then easily a team gives him 7-8 years with 25M per. With two subpar seasons offensively (by his standards of what we're used to seeing), I think he gets 6 years at 21M or 22M per.
  2. In a weak market, and since he plays a premium position, I think Tulo easily would get 20M per season still, possibly more. Tough to draw comparisons, though maybe something similar to what the Tigers signed Justin Upton for (6/$132). So basically just wipe out the two options at 14M & 15M with $20M guaranteed + an extra year at 20M.
  3. His K/9 and BB/9 have been a lot better since the beginning of August. Over 7 starts in 43.2 innings, he has 38 K's and 12 BB's. Stream worthy for sure.
  4. I think it's a deal that the ball club has to have with StubHub in order to allow that. The Jays already have the technology, since you can scan in with your phone via the Ticketmaster app or download an e-ticket if you purchase a ticket through the Jays site. Not every ballpark in the U.S. offers that scan in feature off StubHub (for e.g. Yankee Stadium from what I recall).
  5. Yeah was shocked. Wondering if anyone else has seen him in the past before games? Seriously, you can make some good cash at $5 per sheet.
  6. Took Darling. Sorry guys completely forgot. Sent Thunder a PM.
  7. Yeah, other MLB stadiums like at AT&T or Citi Field, you could buy off StubHub and scan in using a electronic ticket. Shocked the Jays haven't done that yet, especially since you scan in with e-tickets if bought from the official Blue Jays site on TM.
  8. I bought mine before I left home around 6 PM, Sec 127, Row 23. Nice seats, won't complain. Also, had a $10 Stubhub coupon, so only ended up paying $17 USD for the seat. Still can't believe premium infield seats are going that cheap. It was a beautiful night for baseball. Might even go again on Tuesday or Wednesday if I could grab a seat at the same price. As I was walking to the dome, there's a guy on the bridge (John Street side) who had a portable computer/printer and was charging $5 per sheet of paper printed. Never saw that before.
  9. Which seat you think is better? Sec 127, Row 23 for $22 USD or Sec 115, Row 11 for $19.90 USD?
  10. Yeah, I have a friend who has a place near the dome that I could print tickets if I buy off the app, or worst case I buy my ticket right at 6 from home and I just make it in time for first pitch.
  11. Looks like it will be a good night, so might just go down there by myself if I could get a decent seat for cheap.
  12. Will be interesting to see if Rogers pushes Shapiro & Atkins to resign EE this offseason. If the Jays lose all three of EE, Bautista, & Saunders and don't bring in another big bat (e.g. Joey Votto), then I could see a bunch of casual's jumping off the bandwagon and complaining.
  13. Good luck Dinger the rest of the way. Shocked I even closed the gap a bit score wise after that brutal start, though it was never really close. My bats never showed up from a power perspective and my pitching had probably the worst day ever to start a week lol.
  14. Yeah Kennedy has been solid this season. Last start not so much. Gio pitches against Philly, who he has pitched very well against this season. I guess Kennedy vs. CHW is a favourable matchup since that lineup does strikeout a lot, and he has more potential then Gio to have double-digit strikeout game.
  15. Ah in this other dynasty league, we have a hard cap of a 9 start max. Have to decide on starting Gio Gonzalez or Ian Kennedy.
  16. Yup, evidence to last postseason in the ALCS. It was so easy to get tickets for Game 3, 4 and 5 in Toronto. Tickets were almost half the price of face value on StubHub. Toronto fans are the worst and are a bunch of bandwagoners. If this team starts to lose or wasn't in a playoff race, the fans jump ship.

    NFL Thread

In this other football league I'm in, should I start Rivers, Bortles or Griffin III?
  18. I think once the WCH starts and the first week of the NFL passes, things will pick up on the hockey front. I'll admit, tough to focus or give any attention to NHL fantasy now with the NFL starting up and Fantasy baseball playoffs just starting in a bunch of leagues. Still a lot of time till puck drop.
  19. Grant just put you on his ignore list.
  20. Who do you hate more: Pedroia or Youkilis?
  21. I'm hoping he can turn in a 50 pt campaign this season, which is definitely possible. He had some nice counting stats as well (SOG, HIT's & BLK's) along with 21 PPP, which is a plus. Hopefully the +/- improves, though I expect Buffalo to be somewhat better overall then they were the last couple of seasons.
  22. I was debating between Rad or Rasmus at No.1, though decided to go with the younger player at a premium position (D). Either way, can't go wrong with one or the other.
  23. I think I should get some thanks for this gif.
