  1. Really sad. He's only a year younger than me. Cancer can strike at any age. Pulling for Bettis. Hope he recovers and returns to the mound soon.
  2. That's why I'll never take the WBC seriously. Canada could really have a good team if everyone participated. Though never will happen.
  3. Would you guys go more crazy if: A) Blue Jays won World Series Canada won the WBC

  5. Hillary apologists like yourself aren't welcomed.
  6. Having a WBC BBQ on Saturday. Only the cool BJMB members are invited.
  7. I've never seen such a large gap before between the end of a waiver draft and the start of free agency.
  8. I have a Brett Lawrie jersey, so at least it would become relevant again. Bring him home!
  9. Would like to add Brett Lawrie in the LOD.
  10. I've heard Lawrie is a changed man.

According to BB a while ago, Patrick Patterson was worth a $70-80 million contract. No thank you. He's a backup PF at best, nothing else.
  12. f*** there goes my BORED closer.

  14. Dang, shouldn't have traded him in the DDL now.
  15. Let the David Price sweepstakes begin. Got a crap speedy CF and 3rd on the table. Leading offer.
  16. Patrick Laine swap haha?
  17. Got tickets for all 3 games! If I'm not teaching overseas, will definitely go!
  18. I bought mine the day of the game. First game I bought off StubHub, then the second game which was an afternoon game bought right at the Mariners box office. I went last September and the series was during the week, so it was a bit easier I imagine to get good seats that weren't that expensive. I'm sure if the series is played on a weekend in the summer, different story. I think the Jays visit Seattle in May this season.
  19. I'm going to try for Cubs tickets again today. Regular sale starts at 11AM.
  20. When does the Korean league start? I'll be in Seoul over March Break and would be cool to catch some games.
  21. He looks a lot like Jacob deGrom. If he could follow in the same footsteps, that would be awesome haha. His minor league stats aren't anything special, though he's pitching in Citi Field and his numbers in his brief stint in the Majors last season was encouraging.
