  1. I was thinking about offering Eddie Rosario or Jorge Polanco for James Paxton, though would have hurt my roster long term. Josh Bell is a very solid return though.

You should be able to get TNT down there in CDMX. Streaming on Rogers Anyplace TV down there didn't work for me.

That turnover by Green with a 100-99 lead was the big blow at the end. Also, Green and Gasol couldn't knock down any shots. Gasol offensively was awful. Green just sucked and looked scared out there. Milwaukee went on their run to start the 4th quarter with both Fred and Powell on the court. The Raps can't rely on their second unit whatsoever. Raps overall played really sloppy though. Did not play a complete game and they won't get away with that against a team like the Bucks. Game 2 is a must win on Friday. Or else, this series is over.

The Knicks not getting the No. 1 overall pick is a huge win for the Raps long term.
  6. My fantasy team in the LOD doesn't care about his -9 DRS and -8.7 UZR
  7. Carlos Rodon to have TJS.
  8. Losing Altuve hurts and he needs a third baseman. Getting Hicks back is nice. Still a solid lineup overall, though a lot of older bats. On the pitching side, not sure you could rely on Kluber being an ace anymore. Still has Scherzer and he's got a lot of guys like Lester, Hamels, Boyd, Turnball, Lyles and Miley. Might not be a Top 1 or 2 team but still a middle of the pack team IMO and is a playoff contender.

So glad I went to this game tonight! One of the greatest moments in the history of Toronto sports! Can't believe I witnessed it! Saw Jose Bautista's bat flip in 2015 and Kawhi's winning shot in Game 7! I'm blessed!

Raps are lucky they have home court for Game 7. They need to play like they did in Game 1 and 5 at home. Getting off to a great start is so important. Lowry, Gasol, Ibaka and Green have to show up for the game tomorrow. They need to hit their 3's and can't afford to all go 5 for 26 again from beyond the arc. Play a tight rotation again so we see very little of Vanvleet and Powell. Leonard needs to play 40 + minutes again or even 45 mins if it's a close game. I worry about the refs making bad calls in a very close game. They could keep the Raps momentum in check if they want and could help Philly stick around. That's why I hope the Raps can blow them out like they did in Game 1 and 5.

  14. Is Hudson being used as an opener or being transitioned back into a starter?

They should play Leonard 45 mins on Sunday for Game 7.
  16. And then he'll be put on the trade block.
  17. Cristiano Ronaldo is the GOAT. Messi can bow down to him.
  18. Danny Santana still doesn't get on-base enough. His numbers will drop-off in a big way soon IMO. Cesar Hernandez is likely the best bet. He get's on-base at a high clip, and does have some gap power. Plus he's been hot at the plate over the last little while. I think Dozier is done. He's going the way of Dan Uggla with the bat.
  19. He'll be on the trade block soon in Oakland.
  20. I had a healthy breakfast today.
  21. Who is Travis Bergen?

Raps can offer him an extra $50 million. That's a lot to turn down. Raps could also offer him load management, sitting him 15-20 games without really hurting the teams chance at a high seed or playoff spot in the East. Also, from the looks of it, Leonard doesn't like the media attention/spotlight, so Toronto is a better fit than a market like LA or New York. Could be a significant factor as well. As long as he knows he has a chance at winning an NBA Championship in Toronto for the next 4-5 years, get a good amount of rest during the season, I don't know why he wouldn't want to stay. Best chance to get to an NBA Finals is in the East IMO, especially if the Bucks can't keep Giannis after.

They all need to play better offensively or else this team isn't getting to the NBA Finals, let alone getting by the 76ers.
  24. Beckham has 3B and SS. Currently I have Arenado at 3B and Polanco at SS, with Marwin Gonzalez as my super utility guy. I think Beckham can match his 2017 numbers or even surpass them somewhat. His low. OBP isn't that good of a fit for this league however. But if he hits 20-25 HR's which I think he will, he's a valuable piece.
  25. If I didn't have Arenado and Polanco, I would be all over this.
